The only ones to provide the European market with strictly 100% pure rice wine (junmaishu). This ‘absolutely-no-additives’ policy in combination with the high demands of our connoisseur selectors, who only recommend high-quality sake with a distinct unique taste, has resulted in a line-up of divine rice wine from small-scale artisanal breweries. 

Our mission is to show the depth and wide variety of pure Japanese sake, hitherto unknown to Europe, that can easily compete with French wine, Scottish whisky, and Belgian beer. Accordingly our collection ranges from a young red-rice aperitive sake to a thirty year aged deep and dark digestive sake.

At present we are serving many European countries, and we would very much like your palates to taste and enjoy the rich variety of premium pure rice wine too.
